Admission into Rhema International Academy begins with the purchase of an application form, available at our administrative office located at No. 3 Rhema Street, Ganaja New Layout, Lokoja, Kogi State. Forms may also be requested via email at rhemaintlacademy21@gmail.com. Completed forms should be returned with required supporting documents for processing.
Parents/guardians are to submit the following documents along with the admission form: two passport photographs of the child, birth certificate or age declaration, last school result (for transfer students), transfer certificate (if applicable), and a medical fitness report. This helps us understand your child’s background and place them in the appropriate class.
Applicants (except Crèche and Pre-Nursery) will undergo an age-appropriate entrance assessment in subjects such as English Language, Mathematics, and General Knowledge. The assessment helps us evaluate each child’s academic readiness. Parents may also be invited for a brief interview to understand their expectations and alignment with our values.
Successful candidates will receive an official admission letter. Parents are expected to confirm acceptance within the given timeline by paying a non-refundable acceptance fee. This secures your child’s place at Rhema and begins the onboarding process into our community.
Before resumption, newly admitted students and their parents are invited to an orientation program. This session introduces families to our school culture, policies, academic expectations, dress code, and curriculum. It’s also an opportunity to meet the management team and teaching staff.
Upon resumption, students are assigned to their respective classes and integrated into school activities. With support from teachers and management, each child is guided to settle in smoothly and begin their journey of excellence, discipline, and spiritual growth at Rhema International Academy.
